SkillBoard is a business operating system for independent corporate experts, providing tools for workshop management, live classroom delivery, AI-powered trainer support, proposal generation, client reporting, reputation management, and revenue generation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users. We are not liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To access SkillBoard, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
SkillBoard reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
All content, software, features, and functionality on SkillBoard — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — are the exclusive property of Agentware AI Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to SkillBoard ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of SkillBoard without our express written consent.

SkillBoard offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (including CCAvenue, PayPal, and Stripe) subject to their respective terms. SkillBoard does not store credit card or payment details.
Your use of SkillBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Under GDPR, SkillBoard acts as a data processor for content you upload; you are the data controller for your learners' and clients' personal data.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your learners and clients to process their data using SkillBoard.
SkillBoard's AI Trainer Twin and AI-powered inbox features are trained on materials you upload. By uploading materials, you confirm you have the rights to do so and grant SkillBoard a limited licence to use those materials to train and operate your AI twin. Your materials are not used to train shared models or made available to other users.
AI-generated responses are provided as a convenience and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is sent to learners or clients.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTWARE AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SkillBoard in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentware AI Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
